Materials and care
The crystal only needs a wipe with a soft dry cloth, and it should not be rinsed or left in water, which dulls the polish and collects around the fitting. For all returns: AkashicStone provides free return shipping (a prepaid return label will be provided upon request).
Processing Fee: A 20% restocking / processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all return requests. This fee covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.
