Materials and care

The gold plating is the layer in contact with your skin. If it wears thin over time, the brass underneath can react with perspiration and leave a greenish trace, and wiping the pendant after wear is the easiest way to limit that.
Is the eye pendant heavy?
The whole necklace weighs about 10 g including the chain, so the pendant is light enough to stay in place on a collarbone-length chain.
How should I clean it?
Use a dry or barely damp soft cloth and avoid jewelry dips, ultrasonic cleaners and abrasive polishes, all of which can strip plating and loosen the stone settings.

Return Shipping & Processing Fee
For all returns: AkashicStone provides free return shipping (a prepaid return label will be provided upon request).
Processing Fee: A 20% restocking / processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all return requests. This fee covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.
Example: If your item cost $100, the refund amount will be $80 (after deducting the 20% processing fee). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
