Feng Shui Wind Chime Bell Wall Hanging in Zinc Alloy with Buddha and Dragon Motifs
$25.59
This Feng Shui Wind Chime Bell Wall Hanging is a small antique-finish bell cast in zinc alloy, topped with a sculpted creature or figure and hung from a rustic cord knotted with a wooden bead. A short chain with a little fish charm dangles below the rim to catch air movement. Each design option carries a different relief — Buddha and koi, koi fish, dragon, elephant, phoenix, Buddha and Bagua, or the big family version — and at 4-4.5 x 24 cm the piece suits a wall, window, doorframe, or covered porch.
Cultural Symbolism & Artistic Design
Dragon: In Chinese tradition the dragon is traditionally regarded as a symbol of strength and auspiciousness and is associated with water and rain, and it is a longstanding motif in Chinese decorative art, classically paired with the phoenix. On the dragon version its coiled body is worked in high relief across the bell's shoulder.
Koi fish: In Chinese, the word for fish sounds like the word for surplus, so koi have long been used in folk decoration as emblems of abundance and perseverance — and the small swinging charm below every bell is a koi, tying the whole set to this motif.
Buddha and Bagua: On the Buddha versions, the seated figure is used as a decorative reference in Buddhist-influenced art, where it traditionally represents compassion, tranquility, and introspection; the bagua option shows the eight three-line trigrams of classical Chinese philosophy and Feng Shui practice. The elephant and phoenix reliefs are likewise drawn from a shared vocabulary of auspicious figures in Asian decorative art.

Why You'll Love This Chime
- The sculpted top makes each variant instantly recognizable, so you can match the figure to the room or the person you are gifting it to.
- At 65 g the bell is light enough to hang from a hook or cord almost anywhere, yet solid metal rather than a thin stamped shell.
- Air movement sets the fish charm swinging against the bell for a soft, occasional chime instead of a constant rattle.
Care Instructions
Wipe the bell and charm with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Keep the hanging away from prolonged damp and harsh cleaners, and choose a covered spot for outdoor use so the antique finish stays even. Check the cord and knot occasionally and re-tie or replace it if the fibers fray.
Frequently Asked Questions
How loud is this wind chime?
It is a small single bell weighing 65 g, so it produces a soft, light chime when the fish charm swings against it in a draft. It is meant as a gentle accent for a doorway or window, not a deep outdoor chime.
What do I receive, and how do the versions differ?
Each order includes one bell (Package: Bell*1) in the design you select. The figure sculpted on top of the bell changes between versions — Buddha and koi, koi fish, dragon, elephant, phoenix, Buddha and Bagua, or the big family design — while the cord, bead, and fish charm stay the same.
Can I hang it outside?
A covered porch, eave, or entryway works well. Because the piece is cast zinc alloy with an antique finish, a spot that stays dry in rain will keep its color even; if it does get wet, wipe it dry with a soft cloth.
How is it hung?
A rustic cord knotted through the loop at the top forms the hanger, with a wooden bead as a finishing accent. The full drop is about 24 cm, and the bell itself is 4-4.5 cm across, so it hangs neatly from a hook, nail, or mirror post.
