Refund policy

⏳ 30-Day Returns & Refund Period

You may request a return for most unused items within 30 days after delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refund Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the refund decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 business days from the date we receive your return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

📦 Return Shipping & Processing Fee

For all returns: AkashicStone provides free return shipping (a prepaid return label will be provided upon request).

Processing Fee: A 20% restocking / processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all return requests. This fee covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.

Example: If your item cost $100, the refund amount will be $80 (after deducting the 20% processing fee). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged / Incorrect Items: If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially different from its description, contact us before returning it. We will provide return instructions, cover return shipping costs, and waive the 20% fee, offering a full replacement or refund.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, personalized items, and items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for return. Final-sale items are clearly identified before purchase.

📧 How to Start a Return

Email contact@akashicstone.com within the 14-day return window with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send an item to the address printed on the package. We will provide the applicable return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label by email.

🔄 Exchanges

We replace items only when they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us at contact@akashicstone.com so we can review the issue and provide next steps.
