This Liuli Glass Lotus Table Decoration pairs a translucent glass lotus with a copper base and built-in warm LED lighting, so the bloom glows from its center outward. Small enough for a desk, shelf or side table, it is offered in several glass colors and in rechargeable and plug-in connection versions.
Cultural Symbolism & Artistic Design
Lotus: In Buddhist and South Asian traditions, the lotus rises clean from muddy water to bloom at the surface, and is traditionally regarded as a symbol of purity and quiet emergence. That imagery shapes the whole piece here: layered glass petals open around a central light, so the flower reads as a glowing bloom rather than a plain ornament.
Liuli glass: The petals are cast in translucent liuli glass, a colored glass medium chosen for the way it catches and passes light. The warm LED inside makes the glass glow from within, which is the visual effect this material was selected for.

Why You'll Love This Lotus Light
- The lotus silhouette glows from within, so it reads as a recognizable bloom at a glance instead of a generic lamp.
- Roughly palm-sized at 2.16 in tall, it fits a nightstand, office desk or display shelf without taking over the surface.
- Eight color versions (sandy brown, blue, green, colorful, white, pink, light blue, light purple) and two connection styles make it easy to match a room, and the piece works as a housewarming or host gift.
Care Instructions
- Keep the decoration away from water and prolonged moisture; never immerse the base or its electrical parts.
- Wipe the glass petals and copper base with a soft, dry cloth; avoid perfumes, cleaners and harsh chemicals.
- Store in a dry place when not displayed, and handle with clean, dry hands.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this lotus decoration battery-powered or plugged in?
Both. The listing includes rechargeable and plug-in connection versions, so you can choose based on where you plan to display it — a rechargeable unit sits anywhere, while the plug-in version suits a spot near an outlet.
How much space does it take on a shelf?
The size versions measure about 2.36 to 2.55 in wide and 2.16 in tall (6 to 6.5 cm by 5.5 cm), so it occupies roughly a palm's width. Sizes are manually measured and may deviate slightly.
Will the glass color look exactly like the photos?
Not necessarily. The pieces are handmade from natural materials, so small irregularities occur, and screen and lighting differences can shift the apparent color. The eight listed color versions give you the range to choose from.
Does the copper base need polishing?
No special care is required. The listing identifies the base metal as copper, which has a warm tone and develops a natural patina over time. A soft dry cloth is enough if you want to refresh its look.
What comes in the package?
One decoration — the glass lotus on its copper base with the built-in LED lighting. Cables or accessories for a specific connection version follow the option you select at checkout.
