This Mountain Incense Burner is cast in copper alloy as a small stylized peak in the Boshan Lu manner: an openwork lid of curling, flame-like ridges lets smoke drift out while an incense cone burns inside, and the body rests on a pierced pedestal foot worked with cloud-and-wave relief. It doubles as a tea-table or desk ornament when unlit, and comes in bronze and dark red finishes in two sizes.

Why You'll Love This Incense Burner
- Smoke exits through the openwork peaks instead of a plain hole, so the burning cone turns the whole mountain into a slow-moving wisp of vapor.
- Two sizes cover the range from a palm-sized tea-table piece (4.5*6.8cm, 65g) to a larger display burner (6.6*10.5cm, 210g).
- Copper has a warm tone and develops a natural patina with age, so the sculpted ridges deepen in character over time.
Care Instructions
- Let the burner cool completely before moving it, and clear ash with a soft dry brush or cloth.
- Wipe the surface with a soft dry cloth; avoid soaking, detergents, and harsh chemicals on the alloy.
- Place it on a heat-safe, stable surface and never leave burning incense unattended.
- Keep it dry when not in use; a natural patina will develop with age and use.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the burner come with incense?
No. The package contains 1*Incense Burner only, without incense. A standard incense cone sits inside the body, and the smoke rises out through the openwork peaks above.
Which size should I choose?
The small size measures 4.5*6.8cm and weighs 65g, light enough for a tea tray or a crowded shelf. The larger 6.6*10.5cm, 210g version reads as a proper display piece and stays put more solidly. Both measurements are taken by hand, so allow a slight deviation.
What is the difference between the bronze and dark red finishes?
Both use the same sculpted mountain form and openwork lid. The bronze finish shows a warm antique tone in the carved recesses, while the dark red version gives the peaks a deeper, lacquer-like color. Screen settings can shift how either tone appears in photos.
Is it stable during use, and how do I clean it?
The pierced pedestal foot gives it a solid base on a flat, heat-safe surface. After the burner cools, tip out spent cone fragments and brush away ash with a soft dry cloth; do not wash the alloy with detergents or soak it.
