This Feng Shui Inspired Pixiu Black Obsidian Ring is a chunky signet-style band cut from a single block of black obsidian and polished to a deep mirror gloss. Will the obsidian scratch or chip?

Will the black color wear off?

Can I shower or sleep in it?
Better not. Water, soap and shampoo dull the polish, and sleeping or working out puts a closed glass band under pressure it handles poorly. Take it off, dry it with a soft cloth and keep it in a dry pouch.
