This Hand-Painted Dunhuang Meditating Buddha Shino Ceramic Teacup is a small kung fu tea cup with a deliberately rustic, organic form. Its lower body keeps a raw earthy brown texture while a glossy Shino style glaze runs over the rim in rust orange, cream white and blue-green streaks, and a gilded seated Buddha figure is worked into the front of the cup.
