This Green Sandstone Cat Incense Burner is a small stick-incense holder carved as a round, content-faced cat with closed eyes, set on a ring-shaped stone base with a subtle ribbed texture. The matte, finely granular sandstone gives the piece a soft mineral look, and a single incense stick sits in a small holder at the base so the smoke curls up beside the cat. Choose the standing pose or the lazy pose for a desk, tea table, or shelf.

Why You'll Love This Incense Burner
- A working piece that doubles as decor: Even unlit, the carved cat reads as a small sculpture; with a stick burning, the smoke drifts past its face for a calm desk scene.
- Compact footprint: At under 8 cm wide, it fits beside a laptop, on a nightstand, or in a tea set arrangement without taking over the surface.
- Natural stone character: Each burner is carved from green sandstone, so the speckle, tone, and small surface marks differ from piece to piece.
Care Instructions
- Let ash cool completely, then brush it out of the base with a dry, soft brush.
- Keep the stone dry — do not soak or rinse it, as porous sandstone absorbs water.
- Wipe the outside with a soft dry cloth; avoid chemical cleaners.
- Never leave a burning incense stick unattended, and place the burner on a stable, heat-safe surface away from paper and fabric.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does it come with incense sticks?
No. The package includes the sandstone burner only — incense is not included. Standard stick incense fits the small holder at the base.
What is the difference between the standing cat and the lazy cat?
Both are the same matte green sandstone. The Standing Cat (7.6*6.5*5.3cm) sits upright at the edge of the base with the incense hole in front of it, as shown in the photos. The Lazy Cat (6.5*6.5*3.5cm) is lower and reclines across its cushion, for a flatter, more relaxed silhouette.
Is the stone finish glossy or rough?
It is a matte, finely granular sandstone surface — soft-looking and slightly textured, not polished or glazed. Being handmade from natural stone, individual pieces show small irregularities in tone and texture.
How do I clean incense ash off it?
Wait until the ash is fully cool, then tip it out or brush it away with a dry soft brush, and wipe the base with a dry cloth. Avoid water soaking and harsh cleaners so the stone surface stays intact.
Note: The above data is manual measurement, there may be a slight deviation. These products are HANDMADE and NATURAL, therefore they may present some irregularities, and due to lighting effects, the color may slightly vary from the one shown in the picture.
