How the open band works
Wear the ring on the finger you plan to keep it on, then close the gap slowly with two fingers until the band touches both sides. Open it the same way to move it to another finger, and stop as soon as it feels comfortable rather than forcing the gap wider than it needs to be. Because the band is thin, the metal is happiest when it is adjusted occasionally rather than bent back and forth every day, and because the ends are open, the ring will catch on knitwear more easily than a closed band does.
Materials and care
The band is a plated alloy rather than solid silver, so the finish is the part that changes with wear. Kept dry and stored away from moisture, the silver tone stays even for months; daily hand washing, showers, swimming and cleaning products shorten that to weeks, after which the alloy underneath can show and, on some skin, leave a faint mark where the ring sits. Take it off before washing your hands for long, before showers, swimming and washing up, and put it on last after perfume and hand cream have dried. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth, keep it in a pouch rather than loose in a bowl with other jewellery, and avoid silver dips and polishing compounds, which strip plating instead of cleaning it.

It has no fixed size. The band is open, so you adjust it by hand to suit the finger you want to wear it on, which is why there is only one version to order.
Will it mark my finger?
The ring is plated alloy, not solid silver. Once the plating wears thin the base metal can react with sweat and leave a faint mark, so keeping it dry and taking it off before water is the best way to avoid it.
Can I wear it in water?
It is better not to. Soap, chlorine and salt water all speed up how quickly the silver tone dulls, so take it off for showers, swimming and washing up.

You may request a return for most unused items within 30 days after delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Return Shipping & Processing Fee
For all returns: AkashicStone provides free return shipping (a prepaid return label will be provided upon request).
Processing Fee: A 20% restocking / processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all return requests. This fee covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs.
Example: If your item cost $100, the refund amount will be $80 (after deducting the 20% processing fee). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged / Incorrect Items: If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially different from its description, contact us before returning it. We will provide return instructions, cover return shipping costs, and waive the 20% fee, offering a full replacement or refund.
